Head Clinician: Coach Simon Taylor (MVNU Head Cross Country Coach)
Days and Times: Wednesdays 5:00-6:00pm
First Day: Wednesday, September 18th at 5:00pm for all participants. Bring a water bottle and running shoes.
Duration: The program will run for 6 weeks (all on Wednesdays) through October 23rd
Equipment Needed: Running Shoes.
Location: "The Loop" at MVNU
*This is the Parking Lot running loop that is located behind Ariel Arena where the runners will train during this 6-week program
Set Up: Coach Simon Taylor will utilize fun games and challenges to help young runners get an introduction to the world of cross country. Run time at "The Loop" each week will be a total of one hour with some take home assignments that will get young runners into the practice of running on their own at home as well. This club will focus primarily on distance running.
